Blue step-thru with pinstriped fenders, 26". White painted wheels. Front basket, back rack with fold-able side basket. It did have bells on the basket making the jingle unmistakable. Probably the thief took them off. It also has a broken string of led lights wrapped around the frame (they might be gone too). It has an old gel seat which no longer has the cover shown in the pic.
