Stolen from Bicycle storage section of Parking Garage beneath Six Oaks Apartment Complex. Identifiers on bike (if not removed) would be a bright Orange Saddle bag as well as a White “Zen-Cog” water bottle. There is also a small hand pump attached to the frame and a phone grip attached to the handlebars.
