Was distracted by an unhappy encounter and walked off (in a huff) forgetting to lock it up. It was leaning against the fence. The kryptonite lock is still attached to the bike and handle bars, like in photo the attached photo, only the lock is a heavy chain in a black fabric covering. It has 4 little scanner tags that I got from StolenBikesNOLA, and 2 Bike easy reflector stickers, and it has an NOPD bike registration sticker, as well.
