Description of incident
A thief broke in our shared garage 3 weeks ago and stole 3 bikes from our neighbors. Late saturday 8/27 or early sunday 8/28, they broke in our garage again and stole my bike and two more. They cut the cable that was locking this to the garage and took the bike.
