stolen 2016 Raleigh CIRCA

Bike is BRAND NEW. Was in our garage, mandoor locked, not the big door, and this bike and the other stolen with it were not locked up (others were that were closer to the door). It happened between 8:30pm and 7:30am. OTHER DETAILS about the bike: had a combo U-lock on frame, had collapsible metal baskets on the front wheel, had a children's seat on the back, had a bell. Was stolen along with a small women's, dark purple Giant-brand hybrid with black seat with rip in back corner. Had front and rear detachable night lights on it. Had a black rack over rear tire. Had a small bell.
