Left it chained to a storefront after hours. The guys at the Apthercarium were super sympathetic and helpful. They told me the security footage showed a man with whom they have interacted before. Their description: Displaced/Homeless, man, about 5'6, latino or asian. Was seen riding the bike by employees.
