On 09-17-2020 while on vacation in the Panama City Beach area we went kayaking at Lake Powell from 12 noon to approximately 4 PM. We put our kayaks in at the Lake Powell Park boat ramp and parked our trailer in the parking lot by the ramp. Our bikes were mounted on a bike rack near the tongue of the trailer. We padlock and cable to lock the bikes but finding the bikes were missing realized that we had forgotten to lock them. The bike rack had adjustable arms that clamped down on the frame so the bikes had to be placed on and removed a certain way. We believe that someone knew that they had the time to check out the bikes and remove them.
