Bike was locked to the bike rack in front of Perrys cafe. There were 7 DOT workers right there when I locked it up. 30 minutes later I came back and it was gone. The DOT workers were still there and said they didn't see it happen. Hard to believe as they were working 10 feet from the bike rack the entire time. And they all looked at my wife as we were locking the bikes. Luckily her bike has a really good lock and it was not taken.
