Description of incident
A few days before the bike was stolen I noticed the cable was cut but the U-Lock was intact. I then arranged it so that the U-Lock would hold the rack, the frame and the rear wheel. When I got a new cable and went to use it too, the bike was gone along with the lock. No harm was done to the rack, apparently. Another bike on a nearby rack was missing and had one Kryptonite Evolution U-Lock sawed off and the other U-Lock they also had was gone.
