I was getting a haircut at 1324 Locust St and I simply forgot to lock the bike on my way in. That was about 10:55AM. At 11:29 (and 43 seconds, I'm told!) the thief is seen on security footage taking the bike and riding it south on Broad St. I emerged just a minute or two later and noticed the lock was still in my bag and the bike was very gone.
