Description of incident
BIke was parked in my building's bike room. I saw it at 4:30 pm in its parking spot. I came down to get it at 7:30 pm and it was gone. A worker was fixing a broken garbage compound lock and had plugged his tools into the outlet in the bike room, leaving the door wide open for the cord. He indicated he saw nothing but didn't have a sight line to the bike room door which he had propped open.
