On Friday, Sept 4 at approximately 3:15 an individual that works in our building (for Service Alberta) witnessed a person with a file working on a bike lock on P1. The individual asked the person what he was doing, and was told that it was his bike and he forgot the combination. He said he worked on one of the floors and so the individual went to go get security, when they returned, the bike and the person were gone. The person was able to saw off my lock from my bike and steal my bike from the “secure” parkade. Lips on handle bar grips
