Description of incident: The bike is "street" equipped with special anti-theft screws on both wheels, handlebar, and seat (which you almost never see on a race bike because they all keep the quick-releases). Also uncommon: a U-lock mount that left big scratches on the vertical pole of the frame (race bikes usually don't carry U-locks:)
