Description of incident
I was working late on August 22 and had left my keys at the gym, which couldn't be retrieved until the following morning. Therefore I had to leave my bike locked outside to one of the public street bike locks on 19th, across from Dunkin Donuts. When I returned in the morning with a key for the bike, it, and its lock, were gone.
