Distinguishing features
It has a black rack on the back with a silver folding basket attached on one side. The rack has some shiny silver scrapes on it, and the metal pieces attaching the rack to the seat post are bent.

Description of incident
Bike was locked to a pillar inside of an apartment complex garage. Garage may have been left unlocked by a tenant. Bike and lock were definitely there Saturday evening, and were missing by Monday morning. Another bike was also stolen from the garage over the same time period.
