Description of incident
The bicycle was stolen outside of the UPS Store from the hours of 1pm-7pm on 8/18/206. The bicycle was locked to a street sign directly in front of The UPS Store entrance on Hennepin Avenue in Uptown Minneapolis. No trace of the lock or bike in the vicinity.
