Specialized A1 Premium Aluminum disc, fully manipulated tubing with smooth welds, 1-1/8" lower bearing, rack and fender fittings. Missing bar grip tape. Rear shifting is terrible and doesn't shift smooth. Front S logo is damaged. Shifters have heavy cosmetic damage from falling. (Registered with serial EN14781 but that's a frame number, and not a serial.)
