stolen Norco Bikes FBR 1 57

The bike was inside the office of my teacher's union while I was in a meeting. Someone left at some point, leaving the office door and the gate downstairs open. I came out to get my bike, it was there one minute but in the five minutes that I stopped to talk to someone on my way out the door, the thief came into the office, grabbed the bike, and left. Some people in one of the meeting rooms mentioned seeing "some kids" hanging out near a car parked downstairs, being just loud enough to draw attention and seem suspicious. When we went out to the street to see if we could see someone with my bike, the kids and the car were gone.
