It's an old school 1990 something Univega Alpina Comp mountain bike. Has a SpeedShe seat, Bell lights, mountain bike tires (can't remember the brand), might have a Capital Property Management sticker with a serial number on the top of the frame (0768, unless the person peeled it off), baskets on the pedals, a green Schraeder valve on the rear tire, and a water bottle holder and a tire pump holder on the frame.
