Bicycle was taken out of our second floor covered deck. Saw the suspect later on in the day riding my bike and tried confronting him but he peddled away on my petite women's bike. Suspect is African American, about 15-18 teenager, skinny build, about 5'8"-6', short twisty dreads, and at the time was wearing a white shirt, black gym shorts, black sling backpack with red logo. Police thinks he lives in Kennedy Park or surrounding area.
