stolen 2011 Novara Divano

Bicycle stolen from rack in front of classroom at south end of parking lot at art museum. 1/2­inch cable lock was cut. Incident took place between approximately 2 and 4 pm on 8/7/16. Appears to be a security camera with a view of the site. I am making an inquiry with the security director at the museum. Road Bike, blue with white handlebar tape, rear rack with open style panniers (made to fit grocery bags). Novara logo in white letters on frame, fork, seatpost, handlebars. Cateye microcomputer, Zound air horn, rear flashing light, front light bracket on handlebar. Mirror on left brake lever.
