stolen Mercier Kilo TT

Really small framed Mercier Kilo TT, Single speed w/ free wheel, Black wraps on the handle bars with the right side I believe a bit ripped, the seat is thin, black and grey with a slit in the middle, the seat is locked down with a chain and tube around it. Also I replaced the usually metal pedals with staps for some basic pedals that are black. In really good condition. Front break thats all black and on the right handle bar
