On August 1, Monday 9 PM, I locked Giant Escape 3 Black Gray bike in front of vision center on 37 ave and 82 st in Jackson Heights and stepped out to get some food. Eye witness described 5'11" Hispanic Male pulled out lock cutter from his backpack, cut lock and fled with the bike. It had two lights and a bell, bike condition is fairly new. Please contact me if you have seen anything similar. It also had Grand Bicycle Center, Maspeth Tag, Serial # C53F4103. Thanks.
