The bicycle is a brown single speed with "WR" on the head tube and "RUPP" on the seat post hand painted in yellow. The bike is fitted with an aluminum Planet Bike Eco Rack, Planet Bike Silver fenders, and a Mirrycle brand mirror. There is a blue University of Virginia Police registration sticker on the seat tube.
