stolen 2001 Marin Bikes Larkspur

I left my bike at about 7pm on November 7, 2013 locked to a metal pole around which there was an orange construction fence with holes in it. I locked it with a cable key-lock through the front wheel and the frame. There was a u-lock attached to the bike but I did not use it to lock the bike at all. The bike was on the sidewalk, slightly blocking it but there was enough room to walk around it. I came back to it around 9 pm and the bike was completely gone along with the locks. The orange fencing around the metal pole had not been cut at all. Silver Marin hybrid bike; 24 speed, flashing light on the handlebars, watch duct-taped to the top of the handlebars. Also has a silver water-bottle holder on the frame. Will probably have a U-lock attached to the front of the frame.
