Theft occurred on Thursday, July 21, 2016 between 7:30-10:30pm. Bike was locked up using cable lock with another bike at a bike rack at Santa Monica Place Mall Colorado Blvd entrance. Bike and lock were found missing when returned to scene, other bike was left unlocked in original location.
