stolen Electra Hawaii

Perpetrator climbed locked fence to apartment complex, cut cable lock that was chained on bike and fence, and took off with bike. Found cut cable lock behind complex in alley. Red Electra Hawaii with white Hawaiian flowers painted on frame. Some hail damage and yellow scratching on frame. Red bell with white painted Hawaiian flowers on bell. Tires have imprinted flowers on them. Basket holder attached to handlebars.
