Bike was locked to bike rack inside my apartment complex gate. Power washing company cleaned apartment complex general area but left gate unlocked. Bike stolen from bike rack by removing frame from the front tire which was left still locked in the bike rack. Turquoise blue reported to San Diego police department. Like new. Near water tower in North Park.
