stolen Salsa Spearfish

I parked in the west parking lot of REI at 11:45am on 7/16/16. I used both of the locks on my Thule hitch rack to lock the bike (one lock around the front tire and fork and the other around the frame near the rear suspension). I was in the store for approximately 55 minutes. When I returned to the parking lot at 12:40pm my bike was gone and the cables that had been cut were scattered below the bike rack. The rear wheel latch of the bike rack was also ripped off of the bike rack and was below the car. I walked around the parking lot asking people if they saw anything, but no one had. I also spoke to two women that were on the street soliciting for animal rights, but they hadn't seen anything. There were several people walking and driving through the area so I was disappointed and surprised that no one saw anything. I took pictures of the parking lot and called the police department who referred me this website. I also went into REI to file a report and see if there was anything else I could do. I have several pictures of the bike if that would help find it.
