stolen Unknown mountain bike 12 or 15 speeds

Put together by a friend from spare parts--mismatched tires, blue front fork, grey body, very sticky gears, had a bell but it was loose and could easily fall off. Honestly, not a great bike but useful to me. It had an orange and grey pannier was attached on the rear right side that I couldn't remove by hand--it was stolen along with the bike and may still be attached.
