Description of incident
Bicycle was locked in front of Eugene Public Library and was stolen at some time during the day. The Kryptonite cable was cut to the bike. Bike is a green, Torker Graduate 48cm, Ergon handle bar grips, Blackburn Expedition Rack, spoke reflectors, rainbow spoke lights, white reflector dots throughout bike frame.
