I was parked in front of Cooperstown S.F. Exhibit on King street with no parking behind me. I was in the immediate area for approximately 45 minutes at 11 AM Sunday July 3rd. My bike was locked to my Yakima bike rack. Cables and bike rack were cut. The thief that stole my bike left their bike locked to the parking meter I was parked at. I have included a picture of the thief's bike.
