stolen 2012 GT Bicycles Tachyon 4.0

Bike was locked to bike rack next to muni entrance (on the corner with the abandoned building). Front wheel was locked to rack with a u-lock and rear wheel was locked to frame with another u-lock. Thief released front wheel quick release and took frame and rear wheel (and the u-lock holding them together). Left behind front wheel and helmet U-locked to the bike rack.I left the bike locked to the rack around 7:30, went to the store and the gym, and came back around 10:15 to find the frame, rear wheel, and lock had been taken.
