Camera caught a black (Jamaican) male- 6' late 20s slender build. He gained access to our secure apartment building when a resident let him in accidentally. He drove an old blue Ford sedan with lots of dents. Car has a white Anchor sticker on left rear passenger door and a 2 bike rack mounted on the trunk.
