Bike was stolen from Portal Apartments bike room in Lower Fremont, Seattle. Bike was locked with a Kryptonite New York U lock to a hanging rack. Bike room is also locked by residence fobs.I was out on vacation so theft occurred sometime between 7/18 - 8/8 Both the bike and U lock are missing and there are marks on the rack indicating that the lock was cut.
