Block 17 apartments. Parking garage level B1 bike storage area next to parking spot #110. Locked onto the first rack to the right of the yellow barrel container. There was an empty cardboard box labeled "bolt cutter" left on top of the yellow barrel container next to the rack where my bike was locked onto. There is now a gold Linus bike locked onto the rack where my bike was.
