stolen 2016 Novara Cortona Donna

I walked into the community garage to get to my car, when I noticed the tarp that I used to cover/disguise my locked bike with, disheveled and tampered with. We lifted the tarp and both bike and lock were both missing. Bike had been safely locked to our grounded storage cage (using a KRYPTONITE KryptoLok series 2 U-Lock with cable ). The lock was also missing, and there was no evidence of cut metal or anything left behind. It is unclear when this happened. However, I was informed by a neighbor that the door handle/lock leading the garage, had been broken the night before and had to be replaced this morning. I presume someone broke the lock last night and that is how they made their way in. Our neighbor 2 car spots over, also had her bike stolen, which was also locked and secured
