Distinguishing features
Marin cross bike set up as a commuter- had a beam rack on the rear to hold small panniers, a bell and computer mount on the front drop handlebars. Had a cutaway saddle, SLR. It was a size small or a 52cm frame. When stolen, it had pink candy pedals on.

Description of incident
Bike had two cable locks on it locking wheels to frame, locked to a larger floor-anchored cable in our condo parking garage. There was nothing left, no indication of what was used to remove all of the locks / cables. This was in a very hidden portion of garage, very bottom, no easy way in or out, several floors down, security access required.
