Description of incident: Bikes were stolen June 19, 2016 from in front of 2004 Toyota Corolla parked in parking spot associated with victims apartment. Bikes were locked with cable & padlock. The two (2) thieves were apprehended with one (1) of the two stolen 2 bikes with the Yellow 1998 K2 Proflex 5000 (highly customized) still missing. Name of Perpetrators: Gabriel August Carnes & Charles Williams Orange County Court Case # 16HM06965
