stolen 2005 Giant Seek 3

bicycle was locked up inside a secure (locked entry) apartment building. no signs of breaking and entering, theory is a lockpick was used to gain entry. bicycle was locked with a 5mm steel bar lock, locked to a heavy chain lock, locked around a 3" diameter steel handrail. 5mm bar lock was cut with what looks like a shearing force (no power tools). bicycle is matte black with silver accents, custom riser handlebars, and custom silver bullhorn bar ends. bicycle has large gray 30" Schwalbe "Big Apple" tires. NOTE: attached photo is for reference, this is the bike when it was brand new, before i modified the handlebars
