stolen 1999 Mongoose Unknown

It is an older model of Mongoose. It was repainted to yellow and has several new parts: blank handle grips (red ends), shifters, Shimano front derailleur, brake pads, and seat. The crank bearing is new as well. The bike still had the red rear light, red rear reflector, and front light holder attached. The seat post was not secure and can rotate during rides. The chain was repaired but one link is still stiff. Shifting is not very smooth, especially near the lower rear gears. The wheels are 26" and the one of the tube valve caps is red. In the front where the bicycle manufacturer badge normally would be is a sticker from The Bicycle Shop.
