Description of incident
Bike was stolen from in front of Pearl Street Grill between 6:00 and 7:45 PM pm 6/16/16 along with a blue Nishiki Montour hybrid bicycle. Bikes were locked together, lock was found cut under bike rack and both bikes are missing. Bianchi front brake cables and pads are removed, only has rear brakes.
