A Hispanic male riding a cruizer style bike with overspoked wheels and ape hanger bars saw me go into the store,and signaled to two bl males in above described black vw Jetta who came over to the bike and cur the lock with bolt cutters then the male who cut the lock got on and rode away with the Hispanic m.the black Jetta was driving off by the other occupatant.this was all captured on cameras in the lot,police were called and report filed.police viewed the video and told me the licence number of the black Jetta they indicated that it was probably a stolen plate as the thieves took no precautions to obscure it
