Thief walked into property, quickly glanced at the bike and was focused on whether or not it was locked. In split-second, the thief picked up the bike and rode off. Thief: Homeless looking; Mid-30's Hispanic Male; Spurs Cap; Black Tank tops; Rolled up Jeans with Black sneakers; Numerous tats on both arms and neck.
