Distinguishing features
It's a black 2010 Tommaso (Imola) triathlon racing bike. The bike has a white seat, orange grip tape on the handle bars, a blue shimano claris derailleur and a quick release fender that has obvious wear marks from running against the rear tire. No kickstand and no braze ons.

Description of incident
The lock was cut with some sort of Dremel and bolt cutter combination. Has burn marks but seems to have been a smooth cut. Rubber coating of the lock is frayed similar to a saw or being caught in the Dremel.

Rear derailler is a blue shimano claris derailleur. With 7-8 clogs. Also, there is NO plastic hub on the rear derailleur.
