Bike was locked on the roof rack of my car. The car was in the Tsunami parking lot. They broke the fork holder on the rack to get the bike out. They left their POS bike next to my car w/o their wheel because they needed it for my bike. Bike is charcoal black with teal trim. Front frame pouch, rear underseat pouch, Cannondale water bottle, silver bike pump. Front left brake handle is scrapped and slightly tweeked inward.
