Locked this bike at West side of Bay Store on 103 Street at 1 pm. I came back 3 pm. to find lock had been cut. A guy sitting in his car told me he saw a guy and girl appear to open the lock however they cut the cable and " road" off into the sunset... The theft happened about 245 p.m.
