stolen 2018 Flash City Deluxe Electric Bike

Bike has front and rear fenders, rear rack and long extended tube for headlight and tail light and front metal basket frame with real wood insert (photo shown in white but bike color is silver - see link/photos) , all factory items. Bike's touchscreen code to lock and unlock bike is 11111 unless it has been changed by thief. Bike is missing two screws from front basket so front basket is loose and will wiggle from side to side as one screw is missing from the top and one from underneath. I believe there is a black plastic plug also missing from under the headlight leaving a small hole in the headlight tube closest to the front fork.
