stolen Trek 1200 Flat Bar

Around noon on 7/23/20 I saw a white male in his early thirties, shirtless, in jeans, with brown curly hair steal my bike from off my patio and ride off on it. This patio is behind two gated entries that require keys. I yelled at him as soon as I saw what was happening, yelled for him to stop and ran after him. I realized I didn’t have shoes or my phone so I ran back to get those things and then ran after him again to try to see where he went but he got away. Called the cops and they came out. Additional note: Bike lock is mounted on the bike and is neon green.
