Bike was locked in my condo parking garage for the afternoon. When I went out to get it in the evening, it was gone. The next week, someone was seen there cutting locks on another bike, and the maintenance man got a photo but no other info. Someone clearly knows to scout our building for bikes. Police reports were filed for both incidents,
